N&D met with a new doctor at MD today and they have decided to hand David’s care over to him. David will not be having the stereotactic treatment tomorrow, due to some miscommunication about blood thinner medicine. Instead, the plan is to go after 4 on Monday and then 2-3 more on each of the next few Mondays. The goal being to have treated all of the lesions before Christmas.
It has been a rough few days for David as he has been dealing with the test results as well lowering his dosage of the steroids and pain medicine. However, he is more upbeat by what he heard today.
Please keep your prayers coming.

Thinking of you all... keep the faith and stay positive!! You have alot of people in your corner!!! Love ya, Bax
ReplyDeleteMary & I have you in our thoughts daily. Since Mary's brain is bigger than mine, I guess you are getting more thoughts from her. You were not probably aware of this, however I do come from a medical family. My great grandfather was a barber and a bleeder in the old county.
ReplyDeleteSounds like the new therapy is most promising.
If you and/or Nicola need anything at all please, please, please, call.
Love you guys!
Hey David! I am thankful for you today.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you and Nicola and the kids!

ReplyDeleteGOD DOES NOT WANT US TO WORRY ABOUT TOMORROW:
Philippians 4:6-7
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Love, Tricia
