Thank you so much for the outpouring of heartfelt support for David and his family. Please be assured that it is so appreciated and comforting in this difficult time. However, I hope that you will understand that it can also be very overwhelming at times. Therefore, please use the forum to receive updates on David's condition and leave comments. If you have specific questions, please feel free to email me directly and allow David's family a respite from phone calls.
